Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd (PROLINTAS) was incorporated on 19 January 1995 as an investment holding company with interest in infrastructure development. 
 PROLINTAS is wholly owned by Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). It is a concessionaire holder of Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), and Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam (LKSA) through its subsidiaries.

The principal activities of its subsidiaries are design, construction, operation and maintenance of the highway.

AKLEH, GCE and LKSA were opened to traffic in 2001, 2006 and 2010 respectively, and have become key infrastructures to the urban developments within its alignments.

      About the team

      The team at DASH is overseen by the Group CEO of PROLINTAS Group of Companies, who brings with him immense experience in public infrastructure development and boasts of excellent educational profile from top ranking international universities.

      The DASH team is led by a General Manager who is assisted by a Senior Project Manager and Project Managers, all of whom comes with wide civil engineering and public infrastructure experience locally and abroad.

      The team and their turnkey counterparts are responsible to ensure every aspect of the planning, designing, constructing and operations including contractor and consultant management adheres to PROLINTAS stringent processes, acts and regulations.


      About Mobile Kiosk Crew (MKC)

      The mobile kiosks were launched on 17 March 2017 to serve as an information and feedback centre for stakeholders of the DASH project. Since its establishment, the kiosks and its crew have become an important communication and crises touch points for residents along the alignment and in fact, has become a part of the communities it serves. The kiosks operate on weekdays from 8.45am to 5.45pm and often times can be seen at community events and briefings during weekends or after office hours. They frequent morning markets, mosques, banks and public places of business during regular working hours.
